All notices from franchisee to the city pursuant to the franchise shall be to the City Clerk, City of Hopkinsville, P.O. Box 707, Hopkinsville KY 42241-0707, or such other entity as may be designated by the city by ordinance or otherwise. Franchisee shall maintain with the city, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail.
