For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PRECIOUS METALS. Gold, silver or platinum, alone or in combination, and includes coins and precious stones.
PRECIOUS METALS DEALERS. Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of purchasing or acquiring second-hand any item containing any precious metal.
WORKING DAYS. Any Monday through Friday of any week, excluding holidays recognized by the city.
