(A) Any adult owner or tenant of a residence desiring to secure protection under this section shall give notice of his or her desire to refuse solicitation by displaying clearly on the road front side of the residence a visible placard stating "No Soliciting" which shall be posted on or reasonably near the main entrance door of the individual's dwelling.
(B) The display of the placard shall be deemed to constitute notice to any solicitor that the inhabitant of the residence does not desire to invite solicitors.
