§ 32.04 OATH; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   Each volunteer, auxiliary police officer shall be sworn to uphold the constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America, and to equally and fairly enforce the laws of the United States, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the city. Each volunteer, auxiliary police shall have the same powers, duties and responsibilities as regular police officers, as directed by the Chief of Police subject to the authority of the Mayor.
