§ 32.02 POLICY.

All members of the auxiliary police force shall be volunteers. They shall donate their time to the auxiliary police force as a community service on a volunteer basis and no member of the auxiliary police force shall be compensated for his or her time or services. As a volunteer, no member of the auxiliary police force shall be considered an employee of the city.
