It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or receiving any alcoholic beverages, or to enter and remain on any premises from which minors are forbidden under the statutes of alcoholic beverage control regulations of the state.
PREMISES, in the case of drive-in establishments which sell alcoholic beverages, shall be interpreted to mean the entire lot or plot of ground upon which the business establishment sets.
