There is created for the city the position and Office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator pursuant to KRS 241.160; the salary for the position and office is hereby established and fixed in the sum of $200 per month. Further, a Deputy City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator position is hereby created; the salary for the position is hereby established and fixed in the sum of $100 per month.
