§ 31.37 PRIVILEGED MOTIONS.
   Privileged motions may be made during the consideration of a main motion and are decided before proceeding with the main motion in the following order of priority:
   (A)   Motion to set time and place for next meeting;
   (B)   Motion to adjourn (nondebatable; second required; majority vote);
   (C)   Motion to recess (nondebatable; second required; majority vote);
   (D)   Motions on questions of personal privilege (nondebatable, no second needed; no vote); and
   (E)   Motion to enforce the rules (nondebatable, no second needed; no vote).
