(A) All city parks shall be open from dawn/sunrise until dusk/sunset, unless a previously organized after-hours event has been approved by the Public Works Director or his designee. Camping and overnight stays are prohibited, except in designated campgrounds or with special permission from the Public Works Director or his designee.
(B) Any person in a park during the hours it is closed shall be guilty of criminal trespassing in the third degree and subject to the sentences and fines as set forth in state law.
