§ 97.03 SANITATION.
   (A)   Pollution of waters. No person shall throw, discharge or cause to be placed in the waters of any lake, pond, stream or other body of water, any substance, liquid or solid, which will or may result in the pollution of any waters.
   (B)   Disposal of trash. No person shall dump, deposit or leave any bottles, broken glass, rubbish, refuse or trash of any nature or description in any recreation areas or in any waters in or contiguous to any park. All trash in the nature of boxes, paper, cans, bottles, garbage and other refuse shall be placed in receptacles where provided. If no such trash receptacles are available, then refuse and trash shall be carried away from the park area to be properly disposed of elsewhere. Dumpsters and receptacles provided on park property are for park use only.
   (C)   Maintaining restrooms. All persons shall cooperate in maintaining rest rooms and washrooms in a neat and sanitary condition.
