(A) No person shall climb, disfigure, tamper with or remove, any building, bridges, tables, benches, fireplaces, public utilities or parts thereof, signs, notices, boundary markers or other structures or equipment, facilities or park property whatsoever, either real or personal. No person shall disturb, endanger, harm, or remove any animal life or plant materials from park property.
(B) No person shall use any portion of the picnic areas or any buildings or structures therein for the purpose of holding picnics to the exclusion of other persons, nor shall any person use the area and facilities for an unreasonable time if the facilities are crowded. This provision shall exclude reservations made through the Division of Parks and Recreation.
(C) Outdoor cooking and fires are allowed on grills only in picnic areas. Open fires are prohibited on park property. No person shall leave a picnic area before the fire is completely extinguished.
(D) Glass containers are prohibited on park property.
(E) Possession of alcoholic beverages on park property is prohibited.
(F) No person shall swim, bathe, or wade in any natural or artificial lake or stream owned and operated by the city in the absence of plainly marked or designated areas under supervision. Additionally, no person shall bathe in any spray grounds, fountains or pools.
(G) No person shall use park benches or pavilions for sleeping or napping.
