§ 97.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The following words when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Alcoholic beverage is defined as set forth in KRS 241.010.
   MOTORIZED VEHICLES. Motorized vehicles are defined as any motor-driven equipment, mopeds, and golf carts, excluding golf carts on a golf course. It does not include service and emergency vehicles, motorized wheelchairs or other equipment required by disabled persons.
   PARK OR PARK PROPERTY. Park or park property is defined as set forth in KRS 97.251.
