A closed session may be called for purposes allowed by the KRS:
(A) Deliberation on the future acquisition or sale of real property when the publicity would be likely to affect the price;
(B) Discussion of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the city;
(C) Discussions relating to the employment, discipline or termination of an employee, except that the meeting may be open at the discretion of the employees;
(D) Discussions with industrial prospects; and
(E) Collective bargaining negotiations.
