§ 95.03 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Police Department shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter for vehicles located on private property or on any public way.
   (B)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter for vehicles located on private property.
