§ 94.03 OPEN CISTERNS, WELLS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any cistern, well or pit to be left open and uncovered within the corporate limits of the city unless the lot or premises surrounding the cistern, well or pit is kept enclosed with a good substantial fence or wall.
