(A) Written notice of the schedule of regular meetings may be given to each media organization at the beginning of each calendar year and the notice may state the date, time and place for the meetings.
(B) Each member shall be sent a copy of the minutes of the previous meeting and an agenda for the next meetings not less than 24 hours prior to each regular meeting.
(C) Notice of special meetings shall state the issues to be considered and shall be given to each member and to the media organizations 24 hours prior to the meeting.
(D) Notice of a public hearing shall be published in the newspaper not less than seven and not more than 21 days before the hearing. No action shall be taken at a hearing.
