(A) No officer shall enter upon the duties of his or her office until he or she takes the oath required by him or her by law.
(B) Each person elected to an office shall take the oath of office on or before the day the term of office to which he or she has been elected begins.
(C) The official oath may be administered by the Mayor or any judge, notary public, clerk of a court or justice of the peace, within his or her district or county.
