§ 54.039 FEES FOR PERMITS, APPLICATIONS AND SPECIFIC SERVICES.
   The utility shall develop for City Council review and adoption a schedule of fees, charges and refund status for all permits and specific services provided by the utility. The fee amount shall cover all costs related to the service provided. The fees and charges referenced below are separate from the storm water management fee adopted by Ord. 32-2005.
