(A) The utility will issue two types of permits in conjunction with the permits required for the Storm Water Management Ordinance, Flood Damage Prevention and Surface Water Courses and Drainage Ways.
(B) The permits are:
(1) Drainage system connection permit; and
(2) Clearing and grading permit.
(C) The utility shall require a surety and shall not release the surety until the work associated with the permit has been completed according to plans as accepted by the utility for construction.
