§ 30.19 EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS/ PERFORMANCE REPORTS.
   Employee evaluations are to formally discuss employee responsibilities, performance expectations, perceived performance, strengths and weaknesses and to develop a plan for meeting future goals and expectations. Evaluations shall be completed at least annually and as set forth in the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook adopted by City Council.
