The Commission shall meet on a regular basis, at least quarterly, with additional meetings upon the call of the Chairman or Vice Chairman, as needed. All meetings shall be held in accordance with the requirements of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act. The meetings shall be facilitated by city administration within the discretion of the Mayor and City Administrative Officer. Seven Commission members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. In the event any Commission member has more than three absences within one calendar year, said member may be removed and a replacement appointed to fill the unexpired term, in the discretion of the Mayor.
