§ 36.29 COMPLICITY WITH OR KNOWLEDGE OF OTHERS' VIOLATIONS.
   No officer or employee may, directly or indirectly, induce, encourage, or aid anyone to violate any provision of this code. If an officer or employee knows or has reasonable suspicion to believe that someone has violated this code, he or she is required to report it to the Ethics Board pursuant to § 36.71 of this chapter.
