§ 51.079 EXEMPTIONS.

   The prohibited acts and correction of existing conditions set forth in §§ 51.077 and 51.078 shall have no application to:

   (A)   Work done pursuant to the authority of an agency of the federal, state or other governmental body; and/or

   (B)   Work done periodically by a property owner, or his or her agent, as normal maintenance to and repair of existing storm water drainage ditches, culverts or pipes located upon his or her property.
