§ 51.036 TERM; VACANCIES; REMOVAL.
   (A)   Each Commissioner except for the City Council member shall be appointed for a term of four years, except one, two, three and four years respectively, the respective terms to be determined by the Mayor upon initial appointment. The City Council member first appointed shall serve a term to end December 31,1992. Any Commissioner shall be eligible for reappointment upon the expiration of his or her term.
   (B)   Upon the occurrence of a vacancy by expiration of term or otherwise, the Mayor shall designate and appoint a member to fill that vacancy or vacancies on the Commission, in conformance with KRS 96.320 and subject to the approval of the City Council.
   (C)   The Commissioners shall be removable for cause by the City Council.
