§ 51.007 BUILDING SERVICES AND CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   Any person desiring water service must first make application to the Commission. The application will, at a minimum, include: Name of customer, service address, owner of the property, mailing address, proof of identification, type of service and size of service to be provided. Applicants for service to commercial and industrial establishments may be required to furnish information about all water consuming activities. The application may be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the General Manager. Applicable permit and inspection fees shall be paid to the Commission at the time the application is filed.
   (B)   Users of the water system shall notify the General Manager of any proposed new use of water or any proposed substantial change in the volume of water to be required prior to the need.
   (C)   No unauthorized person(s) shall uncover, disconnect or make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public water main or appurtenance without first obtaining written permission from the Commission.
