The city is divided into 12 wards, each ward being as nearly equal in population as practicable to-wit: That Wards No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in the city shall include all of the territory and population within the area designated, bounded and as set forth upon the

map of the city which designates each individual ward and the boundaries of same. Said map is incorporated herein by reference, to which reference shall be made for a more particular description of each ward. A copy of said map is on file in the City Clerk’s Office and is available for viewing on the city’s website (www.hopkinsvilleky.us).
