(A) The property owner/developer/applicant shall be responsible for all maintenance and record keeping as detailed in the most recent version of the City of Hopkinsville Stormwater Design and Best Management Practices Manual and as set forth in Chapter 54 of the Code of Ordinances.
(B) Pursuant to Chapter 54 of the Code of Ordinances, a Maintenance Agreement shall be executed before final approval of the stormwater management plan and issuance of any permits. A copy of the Maintenance Agreement may be found in the City of Hopkinsville Stormwater Design and Best Management Practices Manual.
