§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500; or be imprisoned not more than 90 days; or be both so fined and imprisoned, for each offense.
