§ 57.20 ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL GAS CUSTOMERS.
   (A)   The General Manager, in his discretion, may approve and authorize new and additional residential gas customers, providing that the following conditions are satisfied:
      (1)   New gas lines may be added to the system to provide such services so long as such addition results in an equitable return to the Commission on its installation costs.
      (2)   There must be available from the Commission's gas supplier, a sufficient allocation of gas for such residential customers.
      (3)   If a person requesting gas service has that request approved by the General Manager, such person must, within 90 days of the approval, hook up to the Commission's system and utilize the natural gas furnished by the Commission. If such person fails to do so, the Commission may refuse to provide such service.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, residential customers shall also include apartment, house, and any other facility which is to be used for residential purposes.
