§ 57.07 CITY NOT LIABLE FOR FAILURE OR CONDITION OF SERVICE; AUTHORITY TO CURTAIL OR REFUSE SERVICE.

The Commission will make a reasonable effort to furnish gas to its consumers. But the Commission shall make no guarantee to anyone as to supplying service and it shall not be liable to anyone for any loss or failure or interruption of the supply of gas. The city and the Commission reserves the right to restrict, curtail or refuse gas service for good and sufficient reasons.
