(A) No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any equipment, structure, appurtenance, or gas meter, which is part of the natural gas system of the Commission.
(B) Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under the charge of disorderly conduct.
