§ 33.261 PURPOSE.
   The Hopkinsville Tax Increment Finance Development Authority shall review and administer all proposed, pending and approved tax increment financing projects within the city, including any and all tax increment financing projects previously authorized by City Council prior to the enactment of this subchapter.
