There is hereby established the Hopkinsville Tax Increment Finance Development Authority, which shall consist of five members and whose members shall include the Mayor, City Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, City Council Member designated by the Mayor, and the Hopkinsville-Christian County Planning Commission Director.
