§ 160.03 HISTORIC PRESERVATION MAP.
   (A)   The historic preservation map shall be created. The map will show the boundaries of landmarks and historic districts which are created by and through this chapter.
   (B)   The Commission will be responsible for keeping the historic preservation map updated. The historic preservation map will be kept on file in the Hopkinsville-Christian County Planning Commission.
   (C)   The historic preservation map will not be less than a one inch = 200 feet scale.
   (D)   The boundary lines of landmarks and historic districts, unless otherwise specified, will run along the center line of the roads, rivers and known property lines.
   (E)   Any individual seeking an interpretation of boundary on the historic preservation map shall submit the request for interpretation to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Planning Commission for determination.
   (F)   The applicant shall have an appeal to the Circuit Court from a decision of the Planning Commission on a request of interpretation.
