§ 162.06 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter shall rest with Community and Development Services and any other regulatory agency, department or utility agency or department which is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the public improvement installed.
