      (1)   Uses by Right (R). These uses are permitted subject to the conditions specified by this chapter.
      (2)   Conditional Uses (CU). These uses are declared to possess such characteristics of unique or special form that each specific use shall be considered on individual case and shall be subject to approval of the Board of Zoning Adjustment in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
