Zoning/building permits issued on the basis of plans and applications approved by the Zoning Inspector authorized only the use of arrangement set forth in the approved plans and applications. Any use, arrangement or construction contrary to that authorized shall be deemed a violation of this chapter and shall be punishable under the provisions set forth in § 158.999.
