§ 158.259 FILING OF APPROVED SITE PLAN.
   (A)   Once the site plan is approved, the applicant is responsible for filing the plan and application with the Christian County Court Clerk’s Office in the name of the Planning Commission.
   (B)   Failure to file the site plan shall render the plan null and void.
