§ 158.196 CERTAIN HOME OCCUPATIONS NOT PERMITTED.

   The following home occupations are not permitted:

   (A)   Antique shop, unless specifically allowed as a special use under §§ 158.400 through 158.411;

   (B)   Funeral chapel or funeral home;

   (C)   Gift shop;

   (D)   Renting of trailers;

   (E)   Restaurant, unless specifically allowed as a special use under §§ 158.400 through 158.411;

   (F)   Stable or kennel;

   (G)   Tourist home, unless specifically allowed as a special use under §§ 158.400 through 158.411;

   (H)   Veterinary clinic or hospital; and

   (I)   Flea markets or perpetual/permanent yard sales.
