§ 158.183 HEIGHT; COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL.

The height of any sign or outdoor advertising display shall not exceed the height of 50 feet for any sign or outdoor advertising device in a commercial or industrial zone, excluding B-l and P-l zones. In such districts, the height limit for any sign shall not exceed 35 feet.
