§ 33.250 ALTERNATIVE PENSION PLAN.

(A) The city does adopt the Alternative Police and Firemen's Pension Fund in third-class cities pursuant to KRS 95.621 through 95.629 as an alternative to the fund established in KRS 95.520 through 95.620.

(B) The City Council shall do all acts necessary to implement the adoption of the Alternative Police and Firemen's Pension Fund.
