§ 33.248 FUNERAL EXPENSES; AMOUNT.
   When a retired member of the Police or Fire Department dies under the condition set out in § 33.247(A)(3), the Board of Trustees of the Policemen's and Firemen's Pension Fund may pay from the fund to his or her widow or family a sum of not more than $100, for funeral expenses.
