By-laws may be adopted by a majority vote of the Board of Directors and may be amended by the Board of Directors by a majority vote following the meeting at which the motion to amend the by-laws is made. Until such other by-laws may be adopted, the Board of Directors shall be governed by the by-laws of the Pennyroyal Area Museum, Inc., which by-laws were adopted on April 20, 1976, and subsequently amended on October 5, 1978, copies of which are on file with the City Clerk.
