§ 33.223 OFFICERS.

The officers of the Board shall be Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary/Treasurer. The officers shall be chosen from the Board of Trustees except that the Executive Director of the Museum may be chosen as Secretary/Treasurer should the Board of Directors wish to do so.
