§ 33.220 GOVERNING BODY.
   The name of the agency to serve as the governing authority for the museum shall be the Board of Directors of the Pennyroyal Area Museum. The agency shall be a body corporate and shall have all powers possessed by such organizations not inconsistent with this chapter.
