The most recent editions of the Kentucky Building Code and the Southern Standard Housing Code, three copies of each of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby adopted as the Housing Code of the city, by reference and as an ordinance of this city, the same as if set out at length, in words and figures herein as a portion of this city code.
