(A) The latest edition of the National Electrical Code, as promulgated and published by the National Fire Protection Association, which has been duly considered by the City Council, and a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted in full by reference and as an ordinance of this city, the same as if set out at length, in words and figures herein.
(B) The City Clerk shall, at all times, keep in his or her office for reference a copy of the latest edition of the National Electrical Code.
