§ 150.05 CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

The City Council hereby establishes a Code Enforcement Department. The Code Enforcement Department will be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Kentucky Building Code, the National Electric Code and any other land use ordinance as adopted by City Council or directed by the Mayor. The Department shall be operated under the direction of the Mayor.
