§ 150.03 KENTUCKY BUILDING CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE; AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   The Kentucky Building Code and Kentucky Residential Code, latest editions, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby adopted in full by reference as the building codes of the city, subject to and including by reference the amendments, corrections and additions set out in division (B) herein.
   (B)   As the Kentucky Board of Housing, Building and Construction promulgates and publishes changes or amendments of the Kentucky Building Code or Kentucky Residential Code, the changes or amendments will be automatically incorporated into the code so to reflect the latest edition of the Kentucky Building Code or Kentucky Residential Code.
   (C)   The City Clerk shall at all times keep in his office for reference the amended, revised or modified edition of the Kentucky Building Code and Kentucky Residential Code.
   (D)   This section applies to single-family dwellings, residential additions and accessory structures.
