§ 150.01 FIRE LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The fire limits for the city are declared to be within the following boundaries:
      (1)   Beginning at the intersection of the town fork of Little River and Second Street;
      (2)   Thence with the south side of Second Street to South Campbell Street;
      (3)   Thence with the west side of South Campbell Street south to Ninth Street;
      (4)   Thence with the south side of Ninth Street east to Walnut Street;
      (5)   Thence with the west side of Walnut Street to Tenth Street;
      (6)   Thence with the north side of Tenth Street west to Coleman Street;
      (7)   Thence with the west side of Coleman Street south to Fourteenth Street;
      (8)   Thence with the north side of Fourteenth Street west to Bethel Street;
      (9)   Thence north on Bethel Street including both the east and west sides to Eleventh Street;
      (10)   Thence with the west side of Eleventh Street across Little River to the West Seventh Street Wilgus Playground;
      (11)   Thence east with the south side of West Ninth Street to Cleveland Avenue;
      (12)   Thence north with the east side of Cleveland Avenue north to Second Street; and
      (13)   Thence east with the south side of Second Street to the beginning at the intersection of Little River and Second Street.
   (B)   All property within the above described boundaries is declared to be both commercial and residential property.
   (C)   There is, however, excepted from the above-established fire limits that portion of the above-described boundaries designated as a part of the urban renewal project on which housing units for the elderly are now being and will be constructed, which generally lies west of Main Street between Fourth and Second Streets, extending to Riverfront Drive.
